1 Acceptance of Terms

6 Betting Rules

If your account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, BMW33 may forfeit any remaining balance. In cases where closure is not due to a breach — such as account inactivity or voluntary closure — any verified and withdrawable balance will be returned to you through your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
